Game Recap

The Imlay City Spartans moved to 5-1 in BWAC play tonight with a 55-38 victory over Almont. During the game a very special milestone was reached when Ashton Combs scored her 1,000th career point as a Spartan. This is a very select club as she becomes only the 3rd Lady Spartan ever to eclipse the 1,000 point plateau. Ashton scored 28 points in the contest and grabbed 9 rebounds and snagged 3 steals. Abby Schefka continued her strong play by notching 11 points to go with 6 rebounds. The Lady Spartans continue their season Friday night at Richmond.
